The S-Class from Mercedes-Benz has always been a style icon in the luxury segment. Innovative LED technology (daytime driving lamps, indicators and position lamp included as standard) is crucial to the visual impact of the S 400 Hybrid, S 600 and S 65 AMG, especially in night-time conditions.

The S-Class interior offers true comfort and elegance. Curved lines in the cockpit and carefully selected, perfectly coordinated materials create a stylish, luxurious atmosphere. Premium, skilfully crafted materials offer an exceptional touch and feel. The functionality and aesthetic appeal of all equipment and appointments have been redesigned. Changes include the centre console, doors and rear armrests, which now feature refined wood trim.

The multifunction steering wheel is covered in fine nappa leather. A wood/leather design is available as an option. The ergonomically designed front/rear seats are upholstered in leather as standard in the long-wheelbase version. They are also optionally available with the PASSION leather package (standard with S 63 AMG long-wheelbase version) or Exclusive PASSION leather package (standard with S 600 and S 65 AMG). PASSION leather was specially developed for the S-Class. It is an unembossed, lightly coated smooth leather with a natural appearance and an exceptionally soft touch and feel.

The optional ambient lighting package (standard with S 400 HYBRID, S 600 and S 65 AMG) creates an extraordinary lighting mood. A narrow strip of LEDs extends along the wood trim of all four doors and the instrument panel. Customers can choose between the lighting moods ice-blue (polar), amber (solar) and white (neutral).
